Quick Thought: On Yoga and Ukes

Day 110. Sitting here watching Chopped, I take notice to the pain in my right wrist. Don’t worry. It’s the good hurt; the one you get out from a work out. After work today I sat by the window, storm clouds rolling in, and practiced the uke. Thirty minutes of strumming and plucking and playing, over and over, the intro to “La Vie En Rose” via The Ukulele Teacher.

I’m really digging the instrument, and judging by the feelings in my wrists, I think that with all that switching between chords can be a good workout for my wrists and fingers.
